Guests can dive into summertime fun at Water Country USA®, Virginia’s largest family water park.
The park offers fun for the entire family with a 1950s and 60s surf theme, new resort-style amenities and more than 25 state-of-the-art water rides and attractions including Vanish Point®. The parks newest drop slide, inspired by the point on a wave where water and gravity form the perfect partnership, offers two wicked-wet ways to drop out of sight. Daring guests can step into a skybox where the floor drops out beneath their feet or get horizontal on a 300-foot slide that drops straight down. Either way, this massive tower slide provides pure liquid adrenaline.
Water Country USA also includes 43 acres of pools, children’s play areas and lazy rivers, offering hours of fun in the summer sun. The park features resort-style amenities to help guests make the most of their day. Guests can enjoy more than 1,500 free lounge chairs, deluxe cabana rentals, valet parking and Quick Queue passes. In addition to the park’s unforgettable amenities, guests can take their water experience to the next level with water exercise classes, Red Cross training and swimming lessons. Water Country USA’s guests are in for an epic journey on the park’s newest thrill ride - Colossal Curl™, set to debut this spring.
True to its name, this mega-slide promises to deliver an action-packed adventure. Thanks to a unique combination of high-adrenaline elements, there’s nothing like Colossal Curl in North America. The ride starts with a funnel feature, which will swish and swirl guests before whisking them through the ride’s enclosed colorful tubes on their way to a wave element that hurtles them high above the park.
- Colossal Curl offers a wet-and-wild thrill for the whole family. Each cloverleaf-shaped raft fits up to four people.
- Riders must be at least 48 inches tall to take a ride on Colossal Curl.
