The Navy SEAL Foundation’s Virginia Beach Joggin' for Frogmen 5k will take place on Saturday, October 21st, at the Military Aviation Museum, 1341 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23457.

Inspired by US Navy SEALs (Frogmen), the Navy SEAL Foundation's Joggin' for Frogmen Race Series brings communities and families together to jog in honor of the Naval Special Warfare community and their families.

Race categories include Adult Civilians, Adult Active Duty Military, and a Tadpole Trot (children 6 & Under). Registration prices vary by category so please visit JogginforFrogmen.com/VirginiaBeachVA for the latest pricing. Registration will include custom finisher’s medals for all participants, chip timing and bibs, and a race t-shirt. Packet Pickups will be on Friday, October 20th, from 3-7pm at Running Etc, 1940 Laskin Rd., Suite 302, Virginia Beach, VA 23454. Participants can enjoy the beer garden and an aerial parachute performance by Skydive Suffolk.

A Virtual Racer registration option is available for participants who can't make the race, but still want a shirt and medal. For $45 (including shipping), virtual racers will receive a shirt and finisher’s medal within three weeks after the race.

Events such as this support the Navy SEAL Foundation and its mission to provide both immediate assistance and ongoing support to U.S. Navy SEALs and the entire Naval Special Warfare (NSW) community – veterans, active duty, wounded, transitioning and their families as well as families of the fallen. Over the last five years, Joggin’ for Frogmen events nationwide have raised more than $700,000 for military families.
