Chameleon Kids was created by Amy and Janine, a teacher and a freelance writer, who wanted their kids to see the positive in their military lives. Everything they saw on the internet or in books about military families focused on the challenges of military life.
Amy and Janine wanted their kids to see the happiness in meeting new people, experiencing different towns, and figuring out how to make the best out of difficult situations. In July 2014, Chameleon Kids was officially born.

Chameleon Kids are military kids who are always changing and adapting. Army, Coast Guard, Navy, Air Force, Marines. Active. National Guard. Reserve. We are about all military families.
We are two military spouse entrepreneurs!
We are Army families who have experienced many moves and deployments. We are two moms with a total of five kids. One of us is a math teacher. The other is a freelance writer. Our husbands serve in the Army and both of our fathers also served in the military. We started our company because we wanted to create something different for our own military kids.
We want to have fun!
