Welcome to Sampson Road
Serving O06, the Sampson Road community is one of five on base in Dahlgren, Va. With relaxing views of the Potomac River, these spacious homes average 2,700 to 4,600 square feet.
Homes include a basement, two, three, or four and a half bathrooms, hardwood floors, fireplaces, and a sitting room off the master bedroom. Recently renovated homes are equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and updated light fixtures. Central air and heating is available in all homes.
Community amenities include playgrounds, basketball courts, walking trails, picnic areas, swimming, and a multi-purpose recreation and youth center. Additional on-base facilities include a cinema, a bowling alley, a library, an exchange, and a commissary.
The renowned Dahlgren School (pre-K through eighth grade) located on base is the only DoD Navy school in the country. To take advantage of this opportunity, all students must reside on the installation in Lincoln Military Housing. King George Middle School and King George High School are located only a short distance from the installation, and the Mary Washington Healthcare and Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center are a 45-minute drive from base.

Aquatics Center
The MWR Aquatics Center & Swimming Pool is available to residents and is located on base at 6110 Jenkins Road Building 1193. For more information, please call 540-653-8088.
Children's Services
The Child Development Center is located at 437 Sampson Road. For more information on services and programs, please call 540-653-4994. In addition to the CDC, a Youth Activities Center is also located on base at 6118 Jenkins Road Building 470. For more information on services and programs, please call 540-653-8009.
Navy Exchange & Commissary
The commissary is located on Jenkins Road, in Building 118, Suite 211. For more information on store hours, please call 540-653-7317. The Navy Exchange is located down the road at 6210 Jenkins Road in Building 109, Suite 212. For more information on store hours, please call 540-653-5312.
Community House
The Community House is located at 6280 Greenslade Road. It is available to residents for private parties, receptions, meetings, and more. Please call the Information, Tickets, and Travel (ITT) Office at 540-653-8785.
Fitness Center
The fitness center showcases state-of-the-art fitness equipment and is available to all Lincoln Military Housing residents. It is located at 17526 Dahlgren Road in Building 219. For more information on operating hours, please call 540-653-8580.
