Welcome to Midway Manor
Serving E1-E9, Midway Manor is a charming community located near NAS Oceana and superbly located 11 miles west of beautiful Virginia Beach. These spacious residences offer kitchens with the very latest amenities and feature TOLI (woodgrain) flooring, vertical blinds and ceiling fans throughout. Every home includes a one car garage and fenced backyard.
Residents enjoy abundant play areas, ASYMCA-sponsored programs, and the White Oaks Elementary School within walking distance. Nearby is NAS Oceana’s popular water park, a theater, and a bowling alley. Top-rated K-12 schools are within driving distance from the community, along with major shopping centers and dining.
Nearby Virginia Beach boasts several golf courses and the impressive Virginia Aquarium. In addition, the community’s proximity to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk affords ample opportunities to enjoy the beautiful oceanfront of southern Virginia.

Swimming Pool
A swimming pool is located adjacent to the District Office at Midway Manor. The pool is open to all residents of the Oceana District free of charge. There is also a water park, Aeropalms, located on-base. Call 757-433-2825 for details.
Children's Services
ASYMCA offers programs for toddlers and teens at the community center located at Wadsworth Shores. Please see a Lincoln Military Housing Associate for class listings. There is also a Child Development Center located on NAS Oceana. Call 757-433-3164 for information.
Fitness Center
There are two fitness centers on base: Flightline Fitness in Building 545 and Hornet's Nest Fitness Center in Building 529.
Community Center
A community center is located on-site and offers several large gathering or meeting rooms for residents’ use, as well as some ASYMCA Classrooms. For more information, call the Wadsworth District Office at 757-961-8466.
Exchange & Other Services
The Commissary is located off-base, 2 miles from the community, and the NEX Main Store is located on-base, just inside the main gate on Tomcat Boulevard.
