Located within the 65,000-acres base of Quantico and Just a short drive from Washington, D.C. and the scenic Potomac River, Geiger Ridge is a charming community that serves Enlisted Personnel (E9).

Geiger Ridge offers three or four bedrooms homes that were designed with families in mind. Homes feature updated kitchen appliances, window coverings, carpet, hardwood and ceramic flooring, a private fenced in backyard, and a two car garage with an automatic door opener.

Neighborhood activities include swimming pools, playgrounds, basketball courts, and a large community center with an Internet café and well-equipped fitness facility. Services such as a barber shop, dry cleaning and convenience stores are located on-base, and top-rated K-12 schools are only several minutes from the front gate.

The close proximity of the nation’s capital allows residents of Geiger Ridge plenty of opportunities for family fun with numerous museums, historical sites, shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation areas in the vicinity.
