The military has always been at the forefront of STEM research and advancements. Nov 11-14 Nauticus will honor our Veterans who pioneered and progressed these fields.
Join Nauticus for a celebration of STEM learning as we honor the work our Veterans have done in science fields. Explore the Deep Sea in our Voyage to the Deep traveling exhibit, just like NOAA does, and learn about the work the Military and her veterans do to preserve our Chesapeake Bay. Step aboard the Last Battleship built by the US Navy and discover how veterans preserve this memorial. On Nov 14, you can even meet WW2 Reenactors on our WW2 ship telling the story of the tradesmen and women who built her and the men who served on her!
VETERANS DAY DISCOUNT (NOVEMBER 11-14, 2020)
Nov 11 – 14, Veterans/Active Duty Service Members will receive half-off (50%) admission for COMBO tickets only at the Nauticus admissions desk. Discount applies to service members only, additional guests will need to purchase tickets online or at the admissions desk. ID’s/proof of service will be checked at the admission desk for validation.
Valid ID includes: Some form of military ID required, including Military ID Card (active/reserve/retired), VA ID card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), Driver’s License with Veterans Designation, government (local, state, or national) ID with individual photographed in uniform, Veterans Organization Card (e.g. American Legion, VFW), Federal Veterans ID Card, DD214, discharge paperwork, or other form of identification showing military service.
