"FANTASTIC SCHOOL!"

REVIEWED on January 12, 2017

We are a military family that has been in Hampton Roads for a couple years now. Both of our children attend HRA. I cannot say enough good things about this school. We decided to go the private school route because we were upset with the constant budget cuts that our public school district was experiencing. We also began to feel like our children were getting left behind and not challenged. Our switch to HRA happened in Lower School.

The curriculum is extremely challenging, the class sizes are small, the staff is wonderful and supportive, it is truly a great community.

There is a lot of diversity and a lot of fellow military families that attend HRA. Which we find very important as well. There also is a strong Arts & Sports program which our children are enjoying. HRA is absolutely a college prep school. It is amazing to me what our children are learning and I hear that college is actually easy for most because of their preparation at HRA. I would recommend HRA to any families looking into private school in Hampton Roads. It has been amazing! Oh, and we love the uniforms!!
