Margaritaville at Sea "Heroes Sail Free" program is back offering FREE cruises from Florida to Bahamas for active duty & veterans

Active duty & veterans once again can sail free on a three-day-two-night cruise abroad the Margaritaville at Sea.  The Heroes Sail Free program first launched in 2022 and will continue in 2024. 

The Margaritaville at Sea sails from the Port of Palm Beach, Florida to Freeport, Grand Bahama Island and features country music star Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville-themed shoes and amenities according to the ship's website. 

"For your dedication to serving our communities at home and abroad, Margaritaville at Sea invites all active and veteran military, first responders, law enforcement officers and educators to sail free on a much-deserved 3-day, 2-night cruise to Grand Bahama Island", the cruise line states.

The Heroes Sail Free offer applies only to the registered member(s) sailing in your party. You will see the Heroes Sail Free fare discount applied during checkout after entering in all guests’ information and clicking “View pricing by Guests.” We look forward to sailing with you.

  • Hero Sail Free staterooms must be booked online after member verification
  • Must be sailing with at least one paying guest in the same stateroom - additional guests are offered the best retail rate available for the date selected
  • Blackout dates may apply based on available stateroom inventory
  • Taxes, Fees, Port Charges and Gratuities not included. One sailing per member, per year.
