E7/Dependent and Below -$75/person
E8/Dependents and Above – $100/person
Civilians and Retired Military – $125/person
All ticket prices include Cocktail Hour, Dinner and Open Bar.

1. Return the enclosed RSVP card at your earliest convenience to: USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia, Box 7250, Hampton, VA 23666.
Please make check payable to: USO of Hampton Roads and Central Virginia.
2. To pay with a credit card, or if you require an invoice, please call 757-604-1915 or send an email to gala2014@USOHRCV.org with the following information:
- Name
- Company or Command
- Phone Number
- Mailing Address
- Number and type of tickets required.
- Names of any additional guests who will be attending.
Once we receive your information, a staff member will be in touch to complete your registration payment. USOHRCV will NEVER ask for Credit Card information via email.
