Veterans Receive A Free Flu Vaccine Through Walgreens or Duane Reade Through March 31,2017
With flu season kicking off, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Walgreens are making it easier than ever to protect Veterans against the Flu. Veterans who are currently enrolled in the VA Health Care System can visit their local Walgreens or Duane Reade location to receive a FREE flu shot from now until March 31, 2017.
To receive your Free Flu Vaccine, download and fill out this form, bring it into the pharmacy with your Veteran ID or Military ID card.
