The USO is delivering up holiday cheer with their lineup of virtual programming events. Trust me, you don't want to miss it!

For 79 years, the USO has been serving the men, women and families of the military.  The USO has played an instrumental role in providing morale boosting live celebrity tours, events, and programs for the troops and their families.  Due to the worldwide pandemic, the USO has had to transition their in-person events to virtual programming.

The USO kicked off their Military Virtual Programming (MVP) back in April of this year. The USO's MVP series is dedicated to positive, uplifting digital engagements for troops and military families across a wide variety of programming including entertainment, family, transition and more.

“The USO has always been by the side of our military and their families,” said Alan Reyes, USO Chief Operating Officer. “Our mission of connection is more critical than ever before. With the help of military supporters, the entertainment industry and USO partners, we are providing virtual engagements and programming to boost morale. Together, we are expressing our nation’s gratitude for all that the military community is doing to help protect us.”

There is often a silver lining in difficult situations and I believe it is the fact that the USO can now reach even more military members and their families with their support and morale boosting events.  The MVP series are easily accessible and on your schedule.  You can join the USO live or watch on-demand, from any device, anywhere, at any time.

The diversity of the USO MVP series is truly remarkable.  As part of the series, celebrities and partners around the world conduct virtual base visits, engage in live discussions, offer live performances and make one-on-one calls with service members. MVP events also include pre-screening events, online workshops, classes, Q&As and digital subscriptions in a wide variety of topics including military spouses, transitioning service members and gaming event focuses.
