Project EverGreen’s GreenCare for Troops & Snow Care for Troops offers FREE Services for Military Members Deployed Instate and Abroad

Project EverGreen’s GreenCare for Troops & Snow Care for Troops is a nationwide program that matches volunteers (mostly professional landscapers and snow removal contractors) with military families who have a loved one deployed, and need a little extra help with their yard work. Their volunteers have agreed to provide basic landscaping services (lawn mowing, hedge trimming, fertilizing, leaf clean-up, snow removal, etc.) free of charge to these military families during the length of the deployment.

Project EverGreen’s GreenCare for Troops & Snow Care for Troops is now extending this service to military members assisting with COVID-19 or their local law enforcement in all capacities within the United States.

This is a NEEDS BASED program for deployed military members, E-6 and below, in all branches of military service, including Reserve and Guard Forces. The military member must reside at the registered location, and the lot size must be less than one acre. Deployment orders or letter from command are required for registration.

The hope is to get this message out to more military families in need. They have volunteers around the country (although the number varies based on demand). Their organization knows the professional lawn care and landscape industry is ready and willing to do its part in taking care of our heroes during these uncertain times. Please share this news with as many military families as possible.
